Project Controls Lecturer (Hybrid) — Wimbledon, London SW19

Teach the next wave of project-controls talent at LMC.

We’re hiring a Project Controls Lecturer to deliver engaging, industry-led teaching for technical education and apprenticeship programmes.

• Hybrid: typically 1-2 days per week on campus in Wimbledon (SW19), remainder remote.
• You must be able to teach in person in London/Wimbledon on scheduled days.

• Deliver lectures, workshops and practicals across cost & schedule management, risk, EVM, and project management tools.
• Keep curricula current with industry standards and best practice.
• Design/assess assignments with clear, developmental feedback.
• Mentor learners and apprentices to build confidence and employability.
• Collaborate with employers and professional bodies to keep programmes relevant.
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement.

• Degree in project management/engineering/construction (or equivalent industry experience).
• Teaching or training experience in FE/HE or apprenticeship settings or willingness to gain PGCE/Cert Ed.
• Excellent communication and the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Commitment to inclusive education and ongoing professional development.
