Assistant Site Manager - South West London - up to £250 a day

An Assistant Site Manager is required to oversee the construction of a new build commercial project in South West London. The project involves the management of both internal and external construction packages across starting from steel frame through to internal fit out. The scheme is just about to start on site and will complete in 2027. The successful candidate will be a good all rounder but will ideally have a strong background of taking jobs from start to finish and of working on their own.

Following the completion of the project there is the potential of this role leading to a temporary to permanent position.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Assistant Site Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to attend regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid. A valid driving licence will also be required for this role.
