The role they are adding to their team will see you work the full spectrum of building control duties, site inspections, plan checks, fee quotations, providing technical advice, client management, dispute resolution and managing your own projects.

The projects range from bespoke residential projects to commercial works. Ideally you will have experience in both although it is not essential, The preference is for qualified surveyors (MCIOB, MCABE, MRICS) but if you have experience and are willing to gain chartership then they have a proven track record of helping their staff get there quickly with lots of support. This support also extends to those who are already chartered who need help with registering and an Inspector

You will work with a friendly, stable team who will provide support where you need it and space to manage your own time where you show competence.
