Food & Drink Operations Co-ordinator

Yourrole will be supporting the Year-Round and Championships Food & Drink(F&D) planning, communication, delivery and debrief.

• Serve as the main F&D contact for both year-round and Championships operations at Raynes Park (Official Practice) and Roehampton (Qualifying). This involves collaborating with key stakeholders, managing external events, handling administrative duties, and contributing to strategic planning.
• Oversee year-round F&D operations at the Grounds for visitors outside The Championships, plan strategies to enhance both public and colleague experiences, and represent F&D in the Year-Round Working Group.
• At the beginning of each month, review and update the F&D annual planner and communicate all relevant information to colleagues and key stakeholders. Ensure integrated planning so that F&D operations align seamlessly with the broader AELTC readiness programme.

  Liaise between the AELTC and Compasstoregularly review the offerand operational processes, in addition tomaintainingthedelivery of theSLA.Ensure theofferingaligns with the AELTC’s sustainability initiative sand where possible supportother business initiativesi.e., diversity and inclusion activations.

• Review spaces and operations across the wide range of dining categories and guest segmentsto ensure the successful delivery of our F&D offering.
  
  You will have a particular focus on Public, Colleague and Hospitality guest segments.
• Support the Senior Food & Drink Manager with high-level key business discussions around contract group KPI’s and annual F&D Budget considerations.
• Stay abreast of trends across not only events, but theF&Dindustry more broadly including event technology and the hospitality sector.
• You will work with stakeholders at different levelsof seniority, attending and leading meetings with colleagues and partners.
  
  You'llalsobe responsible fortaking minutes and ensuring key stakeholders meet agreed deadlines. Regular progress updates to the business willbe required to help deliver the overall F&D strategy.

• Youunderstandand have2-3 years’experience of working in the F&Dand/or eventindustry.
• You’llhaveback of house or operational experience inan event environment, orlarge F&D operationis preferred.
• Abletodemonstratean understanding and passion about detail and delivery of quality experiences.
• You’resolutions-focused, able to resolve challenges and issues withstraightforward, easy to implement ideas.
• Comfortable working in afast-paced environment and with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled communicator and presenter, with strong written and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent relationship builder, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership and boards.
• Passionate, proactive, and a can-do attitude.
• You have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities, especially during peak periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365(Microsoft Office).

• Some weekend and evening work requirements will be required. In the lead up to and during The Championships, long working hours andadditionaldays will be needed.
