Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer

Position: Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
Marble Talent Group are seeking an experienced and reliable Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our clients growing team. The role involves the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across commercial and light industrial sites within a 50-mile radius of Swindon. This position does not include London-based work.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of refrigeration and air conditioning systems

* Working on split systems, VRV/VRF, chillers, and commercial refrigeration equipment (depending on experience)

* Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs in a timely manner

* Completing job reports, service records, and F-Gas documentation accurately

* Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current health & safety regulations

* Providing a professional and customer-focused service on-site

* Liaising with clients and office staff to ensure efficient job completion

Essential Requirements

* NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

* Valid F-Gas Certification (Category 1 preferred)

* Proven experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning engineering

* Full UK driving licence

* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

* Strong communication and customer service skills

Desirable (but not essential)

* NVQ Level 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

* Experience with commercial refrigeration systems

* Electrical qualifications

* Manufacturer training or additional certifications
