Account Executive – 3 Month Contract

A creative print production agency that specialises in large format, installations and design is looking for an Account Executive to work alongside a Key Account Director on a major client account. Utilisation of the latest materials and printing technology has allowed them to deliver award-winning projects for globally recognised brands, independent start-ups and everything in between. Creativity lies at the heart of this organisation;

they aim to deliver unique, engaging concepts that capture the spirit of their clients’ brand.

With an outgoing personality to fit in with the company’s culture, you will support this Key Account Director by carrying out a number of administrative duties during the peak time of year for this account.

This administrative driven role requires a highly proactive and organised individual to process orders; schedule deliveries; carry out general office tasks; deal with various suppliers; deal with enquiries from the client, and process sales & purchase invoices.

Communicating with people of all levels both internally and externally, your interpersonal skills must be outstanding. An excellent telephone manner and exemplary written skills, along with proficient IT skills are key. You must be assertive with an eye for detail and a high level of focus.
