Mental Health - Mental Health Manager, Service Lead. Children & Young People's Mental Health. Swindon, Wiltshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned mental health professional to join a national healthcare organisation, leading a team delivering a pioneering mental health service. This is a specialist mental health service for children and young people, but applications are welcomed from mental health professionals who have worked with any client groups, confident of specialising in a CYP service.

The ideal person will have a genuine passion for healthcare, in particular mental health services, and be able to lead high-performing teams and having direct involvement in interventions and complex support for clients. You will have a solid understanding of the challenges involved in mental health support, in particular for children, and have an excellent understanding of how to deliver effective interventions and support.

The position will suit someone thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is the kind of person who constantly seeks to innovate, grow and improve. You will play a lead role in overseeing care quality, managing risk assessments and safeguarding.
