Electrical Design Engineer​/Junior Electrical Engineer

Our client is looking for an Electrical Design Engineer/ Junior Electrical Engineer to join a growing team and help with maintaning production level and quality. Your core responsibilities are:

• Create detailed electrical schematics, 2D layouts, and wiring diagrams for control panels, compliant with customer specifications and industry standards using CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into new machinery.
• Support the panel assembly team during build and testing phases of control panels.
• Document design revisions, support DCNs (Design Change Notices), and participate in design reviews.
• Support the commissioning team to ensure successful FAT and SAT.

Your profile:

• You will have completed a formal qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• You can demonstrate a practical approach to engineering to develop cost effective solution that meet customer requirements.
• You will be proficient in CAD software for electrical design (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar).
• You ideally will have experience with machine safety and functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849).
• You will have good verbal and written communication skills.

• You will need to be conversant with an internal ERP system after a period of training
