Join our growing team of supply teachers in 2026, working across a range of secondary schools in Swindon. We are currently recruiting additional supply teachers to support local schools with short-term cover, sickness and absence, as well as long-term contracts.

As a supply teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS3 and KS4
Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and learning outcomes
Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and follow school policies and lesson plans
Work with a variety of secondary schools across Swindon, gaining valuable and diverse experience

Requirements:

QTS
Recent and relevant experience working in UK secondary schools
A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
A positive, professional attitude
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
