We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and confident individuals to deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support students’ learning during the absence of their regular teachers.

• Manage behaviour in the classroom and ensure a positive learning environment
• Supervise the completion of work set by their subject teacher
• Be a positive influence and develop a good rapport with students
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and health and safety of students in the classroom

• Previous experience working in a school setting or with children in an educational capacity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviour
