Pay: £165 £ 245 per day (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm Full-Time

Position Overview

A secondary school located near Andover is seeking a Science Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time role running until the end of July 2026, with the strong possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

You ll play a key role in delivering engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop curiosity and confidence in the subject within a supportive and forward-thinking department.

What You ll Be Doing

• Teaching Science across KS3 and KS4, adapting lessons for mixed abilities.
• Planning and delivering practical, engaging lessons that bring Science to life.
• Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Creating a classroom culture of curiosity, respect, and achievement.
• Working closely with a welcoming Science department and contributing to whole-school initiatives.

What We re Looking For

• A qualified teacher with UK QTS (or on the path to gaining QTS).
• Experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for Science and inspiring young learners.
• Commitment to high standards and safeguarding.
