Outbound Customer Service Advisor
- Making outbound calls to customers who have made enquiries of services
- To ensure that all customer communication, both verbal and written, is of the highest standard at all times
- Ensuring all written paperwork is sent to customers in a timely and accurate fashion
- Recording and logging all correspondence and updating and maintaining a database
- To follow up on all correspondence
Person Specification - Outbound Customer Service Advisor
- Must have a confident, professional telephone manner
- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- IT literate with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve team goals
