Swindon Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the SN2 area of Swindon for a confident Customer Service Coordinator. You'll play a vital role as the key point of contact, confidently managing a high volume of customer interactions and taking full responsibility for delivering exceptional service every day.

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Updating customers on the progress of their claims and vehicle repairs
• Managing online insurance portals to keep claim information current
• Processing invoices and tracking policy excess payments
• Coordinating courtesy car arrangements
• Liaising with insurers regarding accident claims
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across all systems

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within automotive, insurance, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Confident managing multiple systems and online portals
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
