SITE MANAGER NEEDED IN WESTBURY**
* Our client is looking for a good client facing manager who can manage groundworks and then fit out work.
This is a 18 bay modular project and is adjacent to a live railway line.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inducting sub-contractors & site labour on a daily basis

* Managing and maintaining the highest standards of safety

* Contributing to the value engineering and build-ability of the project

* Marshalling of resources for the overall control and execution of the works including the selection of sub-contractors to carry out the works

* Ensuring that key dates, resource requirements, production rates, overhead targets etc., are established, monitored and controlled

* Managing multi disciplinary teams

Experience and Qualifications:

* You will ideally have experience of working within the Construction industry, specifically on Groundworks sections of projects or modular builds previously

* You will have experience of working for a main contractor, Modular Building Contractor or well-known Groundworks/Civils Contractor as a Site Manager.

* Good communication verbally and in written form and be able to complete RAMS and have basic experience of Microsoft Word and Excel

* Hold current CSCS Black card, or SMSTS certificate and first aid
Present a clean and tidy site and have a good understanding of the considerate contractors requirements to achieve high score
