We are seeking an Enhancements Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping enhancement projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
** Responsibilities
* ** Lead a team of landscapers to execute enhancement projects according to specifications.
* Coordinate with clients as needed to understand project requirements and provide recommendations.
* Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
* Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
* Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
* Implement safety practices and procedures on job sites.
** Qualifications
* ** Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
* Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
* Knowledge of various plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
