As Cleanroom Logistics Team Lead, your mission is to organize and prepare your team to ensure a smooth running and highly flexible operation. To achieve this you will set priorities, delegate tasks, and deploy your manpower where and when it is needed. You will also identify and resolve potential bottlenecks. This is a position for someone who enjoys a challenge and reaches for achievable and measurable objectives.

Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for the entire duration of shift. Leads an operational team in the Manufacturing Services Clean Room Logistics sector: managing people and development, implementing policies, year plans and practices within the team and deploying the defined strategy. The TL also sets the team short‑term priorities, contributes to structural improvements through project initiatives and coaches Sourcing & Supply Chain competencies within the team.

Role

and responsibilities

The CRL Team Lead leads a team of warehousing professionals with the goal of ensuring on‑time and in‑full processing of inbound material for our internal customers (ASML factories). Within the inbound flow, CRL is specifically responsible for material intake, cleaning and consolidation. While focusing on efficiency and output, the team lead is also expected to ensure a safe work environment with a quality & continuous improvement focus.

  • People management: ensures adequate organization and staffing to realize output at optimized cost levels. Ensure proper execution of policies and procedures. Coaches the team members, delegates tasks, sets priorities, solves problems and contributes to a productive working environment. Setting personal targets for your team, regularly evaluating their performance.
  • Daily Performance Management: observes and steers day‑to‑day execution. Responsible for solving issues and preventing reoccurrence.
  • Safety: ensures a safe working environment for all personnel in MICC.
  • Quality: responsible for the quality & cleanliness of the material that flows into the factory and for ensuring correct registration and timely resolution of stag nations.
  • Continuous Improvement: initiates and implements improvements for the inbound operation in terms of processes, products and people capabilities. Drives improvement projects within the department and organizes opportunities for employees to contribute and execute within projects that contribute to the realizing mission and vision. Supports & leads in achieving LEAN improvements, including 5S.
  • Planning: identifies potential bottlenecks in operations. Acts and communicates on situations with appropriate urgency and in a pragmatic way. Actively aligns with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal execution of the daily operational plan.
  • Collaboration:

    contributes towards effective collaboration with other Shared Services and departments, Logistics Service Providers and other ASML Departments.
Education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years in a team lead/leadership role or coordinating logistics position.
  • Experience with a dynamic working environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in warehousing and distribution processes is preferred.
  • Must be available to work 2nd shift (3:00 pm to 11:30 pm). Shift differential pay offered.
