** Position Summary
** We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a strong interest in financial planning, modeling, and business operations. The Analyst will support a wide range of activities across finance, including financial modeling, storyboarding, reporting, and process improvement, while gaining exposure to senior leaders and corporate level initiatives.
** About the role
** We want to hear from you today if you can:
* Support financial planning and analysis activities, including modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
* Assist in building storyboards and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support finance operations, data management, and governance initiatives.
* Contribute to projects in areas such as reporting and quality  controls, business analytics, and model building/development.
* Conduct detailed analysis and provide insights to improve processes and enhance decision making.
* Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
** What we are looking for
*** 2+ years of experience in the financial and/or P&C insurance industry required.
* Bachelor's degree with a major in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Actuarial, Engineering, Economics or other).
* Experience developing detailed financial models / analysis.
* Experience developing executive level presentation materials.
* Excellent time management skills to meet required deadlines.
* Strong business and financial acumen and ability to present financial items clearly and concisely.
* Self-starter, and a team player with ability to communicate with teams with various backgrounds.### For roles based in New Jersey the base salary range for this position is $95,000-$118,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
