As a Production Engineer, you will help optimize processes and ensure high-quality production for both new product introductions and volume manufacturing. Your work will directly contribute to ASML's mission of pushing technology forward and enabling groundbreaking innovations in electronics.
Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, support production, and maintain quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyze SPC data to monitor process stability and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support initiatives to reduce cycle time and labor hours in volume production.
- Develop and update manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in design reviews and manufacturability assessments for new products.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting production issues and driving root cause resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and document results to support qualification plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment or internship experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles.
- Familiarity with CAD tools such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, or NX.
- Knowledge of SPC, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles.

This role will also be working in cleanroom environment under ISO standards, wearing full PPE. Physical requirements include lifting up to 35 pounds, working on ladders and platforms, and operating equipment such as cranes and pallet jacks.
