Overview

Swire Coca-Cola is a family-owned bottling company distributing more than 50 beverage brands and flavors. We are a large Coca-Cola bottler with 8,000+ employees serving over 30 million consumers across 13 states. This description outlines the Account Manager role, responsibilities, requirements, and benefits.

Job Title: Account Manager

Job Level: 4

• Interact and build rapport with decision makers in each customer location.
• Place orders to be delivered while maintaining inventory levels for consumer purchases.
• Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated.
• Sell new and promotional items and plan floor and cooler space with store decision makers, working with retail managers to promote sales revenue.
• Maintain back room/back stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area.
• Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements (CMA) and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year.
• Interact with Delivery Merchandiser OFS to ensure accounts are restocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store agreements.
• Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale, ensuring expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers.
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.

• High School Diploma (or GED) required, or equivalent degree/certificate.
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone and iPad devices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
