Position Details

Role: Roving Property Manager
Communities You’ll Support: Woodburn, Molalla, Silverton, Forest Grove, St. Helens, Sandy, Albany, Salem & Independence to name a few!
Schedule: Full-time; must be ready for weekends, holidays & after-hours emergency support
Training

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch
Reports To: Director of Property Management
Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime
Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00/hr DOE

  • Bring confident, upbeat leadership to properties needing coverage
  • Support, guide, and inspire onsite teams

  • Keep communities running smoothly — from rent collection to reporting
  • Boost occupancy by jumping in on leasing and retention efforts
  • Travel between communities like a pro, adapting easily as you go

Schedule & Availability

This role comes with lots of variety — and that includes schedule needs. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in during weekends, holidays, or after-hours emergencies when community needs arise. The pace can shift quickly, but that’s part of what makes it exciting and rewarding.

Physical Requirements

This role keeps you moving! You’ll regularly stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, twist, talk, and use your hands for documents and office equipment. You may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs or stepstools, and push or pull objects. Some tasks will take you outdoors in different weather conditions, including inspecting grounds or driving a golf cart. Focus, coordination, and the ability to thrive under occasional pressure are key.
