Role: Roving Property Manager
Communities You’ll Support: Woodburn, Molalla, Silverton, Forest Grove, St. Helens, Sandy, Albany, Salem & Independence to name a few!
Schedule: Full-time; must be ready for weekends, holidays & after-hours emergency support
Training

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch
Reports To: Director of Property Management
Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime
Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00/hr DOE

You’ll become the go-to hero who jumps in where needed, keeps communities running smoothly, supports awesome onsite teams, and brings consistency and positivity wherever you land’ll also wear a few fun extra hats from time to time, stepping into support roles like Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Agent to keep operations humming.

This role comes with lots of variety — and that includes schedule needs. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in during weekends, holidays, or after-hours emergencies when community needs arise. The pace can shift quickly, but that’s part of what makes it exciting and rewarding.

At Stratum, we believe in lifting people up. High-performing leaders in this role often grow into permanent Property Manager placements, Training & Development roles, or future Regional Manager opportunities as our portfolio expands. If you're ambitious, this role can be a launching pad.

This role keeps you moving! You’ll regularly stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, twist, talk, and use your hands for documents and office equipment. You may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs or stepstools, and push or pull objects. Some tasks will take you outdoors in different weather conditions, including inspecting grounds or driving a golf cart. Focus, coordination, and the ability to thrive under occasional pressure are key.
