Position SummaryThe Marketing Specialist supports Teledyne
OEM’s marketing initiatives across reporting, analytics, content development, marketing operations, and event management
. This role requires a versatile, detail-oriented marketer who can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality campaigns and impactful brand experiences in a B2B technology environment
.
- Set up, operate, and provide guidance on Google Analytics 4 (GA4) reporting
- Set up, operate, and provide guidance on SEMrush for SEO and competitive insights
- Video: Assist with storyboard development and provide editing support
- Presentations: Create and enhance PowerPoint graphics
- Writing: Draft newsletter articles and copy edit thought leadership content
- Design: Develop trade show and event materials (graphics, posters, banner stands, demo wallpapers, invitations)
- Web: Update and maintain website content
- Social Media: Support content creation and posting across platforms
- Provide project management and campaign coordination support
- Assist with Marketo for email marketing and automation
- Assist with Tier 2 and Tier 3 trade shows
- Coordinate purchasing of supplies and logistics
- Support room block management and event coordination
- Provide onsite support for meetings and trade shows as needed
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate GA4 and SEMrush data into actionable insights
- Creative design sense with ability to produce engaging multi-format content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Marketo
, web CMS platforms, and social media tools - Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience
, preferably in B2B or technology sectors - Proficiency with GA4, SEMrush, and Marketo
- Strong writing, copy-editing, and graphic design skills
- Experience with social media platforms and web content management systems
- Ability to travel for event support (approximately 5%)
