Job Duties
**** Greet service customers and assist with vehicle check-ins
* Perform basic vehicle inspections, noting concerns for service advisors
* Record customer information and service requests accurately in the dealership system
* Assist service advisors with scheduling, follow-ups, and communication with customers
* Support technicians with minor vehicle preparation tasks as needed
* Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status, basic service updates, and rental arrangements
* Learn and adhere to dealership service procedures, safety standards, and best practices

* Schedule:

Tuesday to Saturday

*** Express/Lube Technician Qualifications
**** Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable learning dealership software, service procedures, and rental systems
* Basic automotive knowledge or service experience is a plus
* Ability to assist with entry-level service tasks, including vehicle check-ins, inspections, and documentation
* Corporate Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
