Opening: National Account Service Coordinator
Location: Wilsonville, OR 97070
Pay: $50-60K DOE
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Who We Are:We are a detail-oriented, high-standard service provider looking for a National Account Service Coordinator who can be the operational backbone of our team. We value precision, reliability, and clear communication, ensuring every client request is handled with the highest level of care and professional integrity.
What You’ll Do:As the National Account Service Coordinator, you’ll be the "command center" for our service requests. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of work orders, ensuring every job is documented, every vendor is compliant, and every invoice is accurate.
- Manage service requests from intake to closeout, coordinating all scheduling and field communication
- Request quotes and lead times from manufacturers to ensure timely material procurement
- Prepare itemized quotes for additional work with clear, detailed scopes
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance (COIs, W9s, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain organized job files, ensuring all photo documentation and material lists meet policy standards
- $50-60k/year (DOE)

- Experience coordinating service work orders, dispatch, or project administration
- Strong quoting and documentation skills; ability to write clear scopes and itemize labor
- Comfortable working with manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors; strong follow-up habits
- High attention to detail, especially around policy compliance and billing accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and service management/CRM systems
- Experience in construction or trades service industries
- Familiarity with National Account service policies
