• Schedule and dispatch drivers with various products out to different locations.
• Receive telephone and written work orders, and relay work orders, requests, messages, and information to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Transmit assignments using radio or telephone.
• Arrange for necessary repairs required to restore service and schedules.
• Talk with customers or management to address problems or questions regarding requests for service or equipment.
• Compile statistics and daily reports on work progress.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
• Will possess excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Have experience in shipping and truck loading.
• Have strong data entry and computer skills.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations are also required.
