• Maintain the highest standard of quality and safety while ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of concrete.
• Operate an 80,000 lbs ready-mix truck in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT guidelines; document and request required repairs as needed.
• Load and pour concrete according to procedures involving ladders, main chutes and extension chutes, and driving in areas with heavy pedestrian and equipment traffic.
• Maintain delivery, truck and driving records in accordance with company policies and federal and state regulations.
• Read delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch regarding all deliveries.
• Wash residual concrete and materials off and out of all areas of the truck and barrel.

• Must possess a valid commercial driver's license CDL-A or CDL-B and have a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Able to work a variable schedule. Start times are between 12am and 9am. Requires calling in to the plant at 4–5pm daily.
• 1 year of driving experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds regularly, throughout the day.
• Must be able to climb on traditional and truck ladders.
• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl.
• Hear sounds and recognize the difference between them.
• Make fast, repeated movements of fingers, hands, and wrists while driving.
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach.
• Move two or more limbs together while remaining in place.
• See details of objects at close range.
• Use muscles to jump, sprint, or throw objects; use muscles for extended periods.
• Be physically active for long periods.
• Determine the direction of sounds; see color differences and brightness.
