The Parking Shuttle Attendant is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous shuttle transportation for guests between designated parking areas and stadium entrances. The role ensures an exceptional fan experience by welcoming guests, assisting with mobility needs, and transporting them promptly and safely.

• Operate a shuttle vehicle to transport fans between parking lots and stadium entrances.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure safety of passengers by following driving and safety policies.
• Assist fans with mobility challenges and help with light loading or unloading as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of shuttle vehicle.
• Report any mechanical issues, safety concerns, or incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Communicate regularly with the Parking Supervisor and parking staff to coordinate service and respond to needs.
• Provide general information or directions to guests when requested.

• Prior experience in customer service, transportation, or event operations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest service and professionalism.
• Attentive to safety procedures and capable of responding appropriately to guest needs or incidents.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (MBBC) satisfactory driving record are required.

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, which will include weekends and some holidays. Must have availability to work most games and special events.
