MDU Sales Representative

• Building relationships with property owners, property managers/supervisors, and leasing reps.
• Creating, planning and running events for all properties assigned to you (e.g., pizza parties, pool parties, bounce‑house parties, block parties, cookouts, petting zoo parties).
• Marketing to 4,000 residents in a proactive manner, resulting in 30+ sales per month and 22+ installs per month.
• Demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and a coachable mindset.
• Maintaining a positive attitude with resilience in handling rejection and challenges.
• Exhibiting strong communication skills and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Possessing knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their full benefits to customers and prospects.

Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.

Work from home and outside sales on the road in Clayton and Greenville, North Carolina.
