Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Control Associate located in the Wilson, NC area. The role involves inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating products or processes to ensure they meet established quality standards. Additionally, the position requires preparing quality documentation, identifying process improvements, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with team members to uphold quality goals.

- Knowledge of inspection techniques, quality control standards, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Good Documentation Practices (GDP), document control, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site workspace.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in quality control or a related field is a plus.
- Background in electrical is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in quality control or relevant fields are highly desirable.
- Industrial electrical knowledge.
The role is based on-site in Wilson, NC, within a professional work environment that emphasizes quality and compliance. The position involves hands‑on work with industrial electrical equipment and collaboration with a dedicated team focused on quality assurance.
Job Type & LocationThis is a contract position based out of Wilson, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 – $50.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
