Thisroleiscriticaltomaintainingtheintegrityofprojectrecords,facilitatingsmoothturnoverprocesses,andsupportingprojectdocumentationstandardstoensurecompliancewithprojectspecificationsandregulatoryrequirements.

Thispositionwillworkcloselywithcloselywithvendors,trades,andinternalprojectteamstosupportprojectcloseoutandhandoveractivities.

• Managethereceipt,review,anddistributionofvendorandtradepackagedocumentationrelatedtoengineering,procurement,andconstructionactivities.
• Review turn-overpackagesforcompleteness,accuracy,correct revisions,andadherencetoprojectstandardsandspecifications.
• Collaboratewithvendors,trades,andinternalprojectteamstoresolvedocumentationdiscrepanciesandcloseoutstandingitems.
• Maintainorganizeddigitalandphysicaldocumentrepositories,ensuringproperversioncontrolanddocumentintegrity.
• Prepareandgeneratereportsondocumentationstatus,outstanding items,andturnoverreadiness.
• Supportauditandqualityreviewprocessesbyprovidingrequireddocumentationandcoordination.
• Assistinthepreparationandfinalizationofturn-overpackagesforprojecthandover.

• Provenexperienceindocumentcontrol,engineering administration,orarelatedrolesupportinglargeengineering,construction,ormanufacturingprojects.
• Strongknowledgeofdocumentmanagementsystemsanddocumentcontrolbestpractices.
• Proficiencywithelectronicdocumentcontroltools(e.g.,SharePoint,Aconex,Documentum,or equivalent).
• Excellentorganizationalskillswithstrongattentiontodetail.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelywithinmultidisciplinaryteams.
• Effectivecommunicationskillstoliaisewithvendors,trades,andinternalstakeholders.
• Bachelor'sdegreein

• Experienceworkinginconstruction,manufacturing,orengineeringenvironments,preferablywithinregulatedindustriessuchaslifesciences,pharma,orbiotech.
• Strongunderstandingofengineeringdocumentation,including drawings,instrument specifications,andvendortechnicalpackages.
• Experiencewithdigitaldocumentmanagementsystemsandworkflows(e.g.,Autodesk,PIMS).
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality
