Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on night shift in North Carolina, requiring a valid NC or compact RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in a combined Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week contract assignment
- Patient population includes both medical-surgical and telemetry cases
- Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Must adhere to hospital guidelines and participate in the care team environment
- Role requires flexibility and adaptability to unit needs
- No references are needed at the time of consideration
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1.5 years of recent relevant experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- RQI certifications are not accepted
- Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
- Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
- Permanent address must be outside a 60-mile radius from the facility
