Schedule:

3x12 (7p-7a) rotating weekends/rotating holidays. As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, youll support facilities that interface with patient care to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier. Be part of our 22-bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Monitor Techs providing care for a mix of Med/Surge patients.

Our unit has 24/7 CNA coverage working closely with RNs and 24/7 cardiac monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid patient turnover while delivering high-quality patient care in a strong team environment.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

• Current state RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• One year of experience preferred
