Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry

Our 22‑bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Telemetry provides 24/7 nursing care for patients in emergency, medical/surgical and telemetry tracks. The unit operates at a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:5/6 and includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Monitor Technologists.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality patient care and support to patients and community members in the unit.
- Coordinate with CNAs and Monitor Technologists to provide continuous monitoring and rapid patient turnover.
- Maintain effective, collaborative relationships with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Current state RN license.
- Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- One year of RN experience preferred.
