Job Summary

Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with a well-established community hospital in North Carolina to hire a Registered Nurse (RN), Endoscopy. As a Registered Nurse, Endoscopy, you’ll join a patient-focused team where your skills, compassion, and clinical experience are truly valued.

As a Registered Nurse, Endoscopy, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care throughout all phases of endoscopic procedures—from pre-op and intra-op to recovery. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia teams, and fellow nurses to ensure patient safety, comfort, and the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments and ensure patients are properly prepared for endoscopic procedures
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures, responding promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Monitor patients throughout the procedure, assessing and documenting responses to treatment
• Deliver attentive post-procedure care, including patient education, recovery monitoring, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, adhere to infection control protocols, and oversee proper care and functioning of equipment
• Champion patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the entire care experience
  
  Requirements
  • Active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – required within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS – preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
  • Previous experience in Endoscopy, PACU, critical care, or procedural nursing – preferred
