Registered Nurse

Overview

Homeland Talent Solutions has partnered with a well-established community hospital in North Carolina to hire Registered Nurses (RNs) for several opportunities, including Endoscopy, Behavioral Health, Rehab & Nursing, Emergency Department, Pre-Op, Med/Surg, and ICU. In these roles, you’ll join a collaborative, patient-focused team committed to delivering exceptional care across diverse specialties. Whether you’re assisting with procedures, supporting mental health recovery, guiding patients through rehabilitation, or leading surgical preparation, your skills and compassion will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes.

Base pay range: $30.50/hr - $42.70/hr

Compensation: $30.50 – $42.70/hour (based on experience) + $20,000 Commitment Bonus (paid over 2 years)

Other compensation types:
Sign-on bonus

• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress, respond to changes in condition, and update care plans as needed
• Provide education to patients and families to support understanding of treatment and recovery
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment
• Adhere to infection control protocols and promote patient dignity, safety, and well-being at all times

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred; specialty experience a plus
