DaVita is seeking a nurse to provide empathetic and compassionate care at an outpatient dialysis center for patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient dialysis setting.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of dialysis treatments.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform client assessments, administer medications, and record vital signs.
- Support patients with their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient records system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Valid North Carolina nursing license.
- Experience in intensive care (ICU/CCU), emergency room, or medical‑surgical settings preferred.
- Certification in Nephrology (CNN) or Dialysis (CDN) a plus.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
