• Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and wear required PPE in the warehouse or production areas (including hairnets/beard nets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard toe and slip/oil resistant shoes, gloves, and seatbelts while operating forklifts).
• Adhere to food quality and food safety guidelines per Refresco, Customer, and/or governing bodies (e.g., SQF) standards.
• Load and unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport them to designated areas. Validate quantities using Blind Count Sheets or SAP transactions performed on forklift computer.
• Operate SAP database via Vehicle Mounted Units (VMUs) installed on forklifts and perform warehouse tasks within SAP.
• Load/unload trucks and provide raw materials to production lines as required.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) in a high-paced environment and maintain in-house forklift certification.
• Conduct pre-trip forklift inspections and follow battery or propane tank changing safety procedures.
• Perform other driving activities as directed by leadership and maintain clean/organized work areas.
• Represent the company in a positive manner at all times and participate in production machine operation duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

• Ability to read and write job instructions in the location’s acceptable language(s).
• Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Demonstrate basic operation of powered industrial trucks and forklift certification by an approved Refresco trainer.

• Problem-Solving:
  Ability to quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
• Technology:
  Familiarity with warehouse management software and production software; basic data logging.
• Cognitive:
  Ability to analyze data and process parameters to optimize production.

  Participation in safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

• High School Certification or equivalent (GED).
• 3+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, overnight and holidays may be required. Overtime may be scheduled as needed.
• Work Environment:
  Fast-paced production plant with moving parts; hearing protection required; temperatures can be hot or cold. The environment is structured and supervised. Travel: 0% travel anticipated.
