Your Impact in This RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you’ll take full ownership of production activities, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility. Your leadership will be key to driving performance, developing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Production Manager
, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead all production activities and become the facility’s process expert
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet operational goals
- Conduct daily team meetings to address trends and resolve issues
- Monitor productivity and analyze data to identify and resolve inefficiencies
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred
- 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in manufacturing
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement
- Experience with computerized maintenance systems
- Electrical troubleshooting (480vAC/3/60) and mechanical rigging skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
