As a Mechanical Assembler, you will work with a supportive team, learn essential manufacturing skills, and contribute to products that make a real impact. You’ll gain experience with tools, machinery, and quality systems—all while advancing your technical capabilities in a fast‑paced, safety‑driven environment.

YOU Will Do
  • Set up workstations, assemble components, load parts, and operate basic tools and semi‑automatic equipment.
  • Follow procedures, routings, and written instructions accurately to produce high‑quality parts with zero defects.
  • Identify and escalat part defects, ensuring all products meet customer expectations, deadlines, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and 5S activities.
  • Rotate across workstations based on business needs to build versatility and support production flow.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Complete all required training, maintain certifications, and stay compliant with quality systems and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors on status, issues, or conditions affecting quality or output.
  • 2nd Shift

    Hours:

    Monday-Friday; 7:00AM-3:30PM and work overtime, including weekends, as needed
  • Physical &

    Work Environment Requirements :
    • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 lbs. (As allowed by EH&S)
    • Must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.

Qualifications YOU Must Have
  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications WE Prefer
  • Previous manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Career Readiness Certification (CRC) preferred.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a repetitive, fast‑paced environment and meet production timelines.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from leads/supervisors.
  • Intermediate computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
  • Understanding of the end use of the products being built.
