We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Electrical Construction Superintendent in Wilson, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet.

• Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment and personnel are available to complete the job.
• Prioritize safety, health and well-being of the team and the environment on site.
• Apply strong people management skills to support team development and drive project success.

• Bachelors degree in construction or other, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 15 years of construction site experience
• At least 15 years of experience as an electrical superintendent

• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning
• Excellent communications skills
• Pharma experience
• Proficient in use of software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers
• Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed off permits)
• Quality in construction

The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
