Branch Manager – Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus.

Southeast Industrial Equipment, Inc. (SIE), one of the nation’s largest Toyota™ forklift dealers, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee all branch profit centers, including sales, service, parts, and rental. This role is responsible for driving overall branch performance by maximizing profitability, strengthening customer satisfaction, improving associate efficiency, and maintaining a strong safety culture.

• Oversee daily operations across all branch departments
• Drive revenue growth while managing expenses and profitability
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop associates
• Plan, assign, and direct work to ensure operational excellence
• Evaluate performance, provide coaching, and address performance issues
• Foster a positive, high‑accountability team culture
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Resolve customer and employee issues effectively and professionally

• Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university OR equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience
• Proven leadership experience in operations, sales, service, or branch management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to lead multiple profit centers
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and a demonstrated commitment to safety
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of leading a growing business
