Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role requires strong management capabilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and the ability to supervise a team effectively during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facilities management systems, along with experience in project management and maintenance management practices.

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities during the 3rd shift, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical components.
• Utilize schematics, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and Ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Oversee facilities management tasks such as HVAC system maintenance, electrical upgrades, and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with project management teams for upgrades or new installations involving electrical or mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to electrical work (including high voltage) and industrial maintenance procedures.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities using CMMS software for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Facilitate communication between shifts and departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively during night shifts.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including electrical (high voltage & low voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, schematics, and facilities management.
• Hands‑on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance planning.
• Project management skills to oversee upgrades or installations within the facility.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and general industrial safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
