DescriptionThe Human Resources Business Partner, based in Wilson, NC, is responsible for deploying the talent strategy for the BioNC manufacturing site. This role owns organizational talent practices, enables an inclusive organizational culture, and builds future capabilities in support of business goals and BioNC strategies. The Human Resources Business Partner delivers the HR agenda for the site, ensures alignment of HR resources through partnered HR service teams, and actively supports business leaders through collaboration, guidance, and execution of talent strategies at the sit

Deploy the HR agenda aligned with global Innovative Medicine Supply Chain and HR strategies, ensuring integration of HR strategy into site business pl - ans Evaluate local business, financial, and operational drivers to inform HR solutions, including tracking performance and diagnosing capability g
