Location: Wilson, North Carolina Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00/hour Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday‑Friday | Day Shift
A respected behavioral health organization is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) to facilitate intensive outpatient services through its Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) program in Wilson, NC
. This role combines clinical delivery, group engagement, and documentation accountability in a mission‑driven environment focused on recovery and resilience.
- Lead structured SACOT group sessions in alignment with clinical protocols
- Document interventions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
- Collaborate with Peer Support, Clinical Supervisors, and interdisciplinary staff
- Conduct intake coordination, risk assessments, and individualized engagement strategies
- Champion a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approach to care
- Must meet NC standards as a Qualified Professional (Bachelors in human services + 2 years MH/SUD experience, or equivalent)
- Experience facilitating SACOT or comparable outpatient groups is preferred
- Strong written documentation, clinical reasoning, and team collaboration required
- Working knowledge of electronic health records and Medicaid billing is beneficial
Hourly compensation between $20 -$24
, based on experience and credentialing
