Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in residential treatment, group homes, or behavioral health settings.
- Crisis Intervention training (CPI, NCI, or equivalent).
- Trauma-Informed Care experience.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- CPR Certification (Adult & Youth) - Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Ability to pass NC SBI Criminal Background Check
- Sex Offender Registry Check (State & National)
- Drug Screen and TB Screening
- Ability to meet all NC DHHS 1700 training requirements
- Ability to maintain alertness, supervision, and documentation standards
These qualifications align with North Carolina DHHS 10A NCAC 27G.1700 requirements and CARF accreditation standards for residential treatment facilities.
