Join Our Dedicated Urgent Care Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking highly qualified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver exceptional care to patients of all ages in dynamic, fast-paced settings. This is an outstanding opportunity to utilize your skills independently while contributing to our mission of providing accessible, quality healthcare in multiple locations within a 65-mile radius.
What You Will Do:
- Provide comprehensive urgent care services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older).
- Perform a variety of minor procedures such as I&D, lac repairs, and ear irrigations.
- Work autonomously as the sole provider in the center, utilizing your clinical expertise.
- Collaborate with onsite staff and uphold our standards of excellent patient care.
- Use Epic EMR efficiently, following standardized training protocols.
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications and documentation.
- Minimum 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
- Certification:
Board Certification (NP or PA as applicable), NCCPA or Family NP Board, BLS. - Proficiency in using Epic EMR.
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of managing one-on-one patient interactions.
- Ability to perform minor procedures and handle a broad spectrum of urgent care cases.
- Able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Skills:
- Prior experience working in multi-site outpatient settings.
- Additional certifications or training in advanced procedures or pediatric care.
- Familiarity with offsite supervision models.
Education and Experience:
- Valid state license for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
- Certification from accredited boards (NP, PA).
- At least 12 months of relevant urgent care experience within the past year.
- Must be available to support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius.
- Willingness to undergo EPIC EMR training and onboarding.
- No travel or lodging reimbursement; mileage reimbursement only.
- Availability to start on or after January 11, 2026.
- Support staff includes Center Managers, Medical Assistants, Patient Service Advocates, and Supervising Physicians.
- No call requirements; supervised by designated physicians on-site or remotely.
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
