Job Title: Credit Operations Servicing Specialist III
Job SummaryResponsible for a variety of loan servicing activities supporting the Retail Community Bank loan servicing function, including processing monetary transactions, loan maintenance, preparation of payoff statements, loan research, and exceptions handling in a centralized environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
- Four years of banking or financial services experience in loan servicing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Serve as an advocate of the client while balancing risks for Truist.
- Ability to work with teams in different locations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office software products.
- Knowledge in various banking systems (i.e. ALS, SPRINT, SHAW).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in various types of lending products including, Real Estate (1-4 Family), Auto, Boat/Motor/Trailer.
- Knowledge of flood compliance.
Job Description
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
