Position: General Superintendent (LSNA-NC)

We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative General Superintendent in Wilson/Cary, NC who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects run smoothly. You’ll lead daily scheduling and planning activities on the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment, and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you’ll take action to ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of your team and our planet.

Here’s what you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of construction site experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building required
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Pharma experience
  • Collaborating in planning, design, construction, and commissioning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
  • Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns, meetings, and/or reviews with owners and designers
  • Attend constructability reviews
  • Safety leader (JHA’s revision / daily signed‑off permits)
  • Quality in construction
  • OSHA 30

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
