* Job Duties:

Keep Things Moving:
Unload trucks, receive and inspect deliveries, and make sure everything gets where it needs to go—on time and in perfect condition.
Stay Organized:
Oversee inventory, track stock levels, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
Deliver with Care:
Prepare delivery schedules, deliver supplies across campus, and provide friendly, reliable service to all campus departments.
Work with Tech:
Use computers, Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory systems like NCFS and ordering systems like E-Procurement.
Be a Team Player:
Assist with paperwork, reconcile orders, and step in for special tasks like campus mail runs or offsite bank visits when needed.

/ Competencies*
* -Must have and maintain a current valid driver's license  
-Knowledge of shipping and receiving standards for a warehouse  
-Read and write in English and be able to follow instructions  
-Knowledge utilizing electronic inventory systems and generating purchase orders from vendors  
-Knowledge of standard office equipment and have the ability to utilize basic office skills.
*** Management Preferences** *
* * Strong basic math skills and clear communication skills.*
* * Ability to organize, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.*
* * Problem-solving skills for unexpected situations.*
* * Preferred Experience - At least 1 year of experience using electronic inventory systems.*
* * Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.*
* * Familiarity with creating vendor orders and performing regular inventory counts.
