Description Of WorkWe are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping court-involved youth. We are Working Together to Strengthen North Carolina’s Youth and Families. The administrative associate assists the District 7 Court Services office in Wilson, NC. This position is part of the Juvenile Justice Court Services team and is responsible for performing various office duties:
- Communicating effectively both orally and written with internal and external stakeholders.
- Completing data entry and reporting from NCJOIN and other electronic resources.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies and equipment.
- Sorting and handling office mail.
- Preparing documents and reports for the office.
- Providing assistance to staff and visitors and resolving problems and/or inquiries.
- Serving as a Notary Public.
Skills And Abilities
/ Management Preferences
NC02 Salary Range: $31,200-$49,340
- Experience maintaining confidential information within the workplace.
- Experience assisting customers with questions.
- Experience with general office administrative procedures.
- Experience with entering data into a database.
- Current Notary Public.
This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Minimum Education And ExperienceHigh school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
