About the Role

Individual Restaurants is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. As a Kitchen Assistant you will support kitchen operations, maintain a clean and organised workspace, and help ensure a smooth flow of the kitchen during busy periods. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high‑quality dining experiences to our guests.

• Assist in food preparation and basic cooking tasks as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
• Support station setup and breakdown for service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate service.

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn about food preparation and kitchen operations.
